A few practical
questions.

Who is Hollan for?

Owners and office managers at small HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other service businesses. Hollan keeps customer follow-ups, estimates, job status, and invoice balances together.

How do I bring my records in?

Add records by hand or use the CSV templates to import customers, inquiries, estimates, jobs, invoices, and follow-ups. You can preview an import before saving it.

Does Hollan send messages to my customers?

You review and send every message. Hollan prepares editable follow-up drafts to copy into your usual email or texting tool. It does not automatically call, text, or email customers.

Can I keep my quoting and accounting tools?

Yes. Track a quote’s amount and reference, record the customer’s decision, and connect accepted work to a job and invoice. Your original documents and payment processing stay in your existing tools. Continuous syncing is not included.

How do I get Hollan for my shop?

Hollan currently opens in a browser; there is no desktop download yet. In the assisted pilot, we set up your private workspace, help map your CSV exports, check imported records with you, and show your office how to use the daily follow-up list.
